In This Role, You Will:

In This Role, You Will:

Housed in the Marketing Department, this Budget Manager will work with the Marketing Operations Director to create, manage and optimize the marketing budget. This person will work with Marketers (including Digital Marketing, Creative, Automation, Operations, PR and Communications, Social Media and Product Marketing) to plan monthly/quarterly expenses, as well as understand and forecast long term needs.
  • Process and track invoices, expense reports, and purchasing card charges for accounts payable.
  • Monitor budget and invoices to provide detailed spend analysis
  • Aggregate accounting records across multiple sources to determine financial resources available for programs
  • Make recommendations for budget allocations
  • Review budgets and analyze trends affecting budget needs
  • Drive Annual Operating Plan Development and quarterly reforecasts with operating business unit leadership
  • Budgeting and Procurement process development and management
  • Provide expertise on process optimization to drive effective budget management
  • Provide training and support to Marketing leadership as SME for Cvent processes
  • Vendor and Supplier Management
  • Driving alignment with Procurement, Legal and Finance through accurate and consistent reporting
  • Monthly support to various divisions to facilitate the flow of timely and accurate information.


Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 7 -9 years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
  • Four-year college degree in business related field
  • Strong data mining and data automation skills
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), Access, Word, and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be self-motivating, hardworking, analytical and proactive
  • Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization
